FACILITY
Our Spa was created to provide our guests with the utmost tranquillity and privacy.

It has a Royal Private Spa dedicated to treatments for couples with a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, massage beds for couples and a refreshment area with herbal teas, fresh fruit and delicious pastries; a beauty area with five individual rooms for massages and face and body treatments and a beauty service; a small relaxation area; a wet area with sauna, Turkish bath, cold reaction bath; a small gym with panoramic view run by a personal trainer. Outside, with entry from the Fitness area, a heated pool with views over Mont Blanc. 


OPENING TIMES AND BOOKINGS
The Wellness Center is open every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The swimming pool is open every day from 11:00 to 20:00

If there are no spaces available on the day and time you require, please inform your receptionists of your preferences, together with your contact details. We will activate the "personalised search" service and call you back up to 1 hour before the time requested by you in the hope of satisfying your requirements.

Children under the age of 16 years may not enter the Spa unless accompanied by an adult.

The beauty and wellness rituals are charged as shown on the price list, displayed in the Spa reception and provided in the Hotel rooms.


APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or re-book treatments, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.


Helpful information

Arrival at the SPA
For those booking a treatment at our Spa for the first time, we recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes in advance to speak to our hotel, visit the facility and prepare to live a unique experience.
If you are delayed, it will not be possible to extend the duration of the treatments or reduce the scheduled cost of the session.

Clothing
To ensure all our guests have the greatest comfort, please always wear swimwear in the Wet area of the Spa, which is used by both men and women. Clients staying in the Hotel will find a bathrobe, towel and slippers in their Suite or bedroom. Clients not staying in the hotel will be provided with a kit consisting of a bathrobe, towel and slippers.

Spa Etiquette
The environment in our Spa is tranquil and relaxing. Please respect the privacy and serenity of other guests, avoiding the use of mobile telephones or laptop computers.

Age
Children aged under 16 are welcome in the Spa if accompanied by an adult or if equipped with a letter of permission to access the spa signed by one of their parents.

Entry to wet area
The sauna and Turkish bath may not be accessed by children aged under 16, by pregnant women, by those suffering from low blood pressure or heart problems and by those with pacemakers.

Health Conditions
Please notify us of any medical problems regarding your state of health, pregnancy, allergies, surgery, etc., so as to avoid any interferences with our treatments.

Personal Items
You can store personal items in the lockers provided. We do not accept any liability for personal or valuable items that are lost or damaged during your stay.

Gift certificates

Prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited in the whole wellness area. It is also prohibited to make excessive noise, to dive and to create situations that may be dangerous to your own safety or to the safety of others.
